Individual Psychotherapy

The term ‘psychotherapy’ comes from the Greek words for soul and healing. One of the most common and reliable psychotherapy forms, Individual Psychotherapy, allows my clients exploration into some of their most challenging moments. This one-on-one approach gives the client and me intimate opportunities to build rapport and establish a therapeutic process driven by goals and objectives. The goals and objectives that guide the therapeutic process are developed with client-therapist collaboration. This therapeutic format promotes self-discovery, self-awareness, self-growth, self-actualization, positive change, and healthy self-regulation and soothing.
