Group Therapy

Group Therapy is a communal setting where my clients can explore their mental health challenges or life stressors with peers who can relate. This setting is a therapist lead space that consists of two or more people looking to share and build a safe environment for healing. To ensure Group Therapy remains a productive, secure, and confidential environment, participation is invitation only.

Benefits of Group Therapy:
